Elder Community Grant Request

The HRF expanded its grant guidelines this month to include providing funding for both those individuals with disabilities as well as the elderly population. The organization will consider grant applications to assist with home modifications, adaptive equipment, vehicle modifications, and assistive technology’s needs.

The HRF seeks to partner with local organizations, agencies, businesses, and individuals to develop relationships in order to work collaboratively towards creating a more inclusive community for all. The

HRF seeks to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities and the elderly, 55+ community, through social, recreational, professional or physical means.
