Internal Grant Application

The Human Resources Foundation was established to provide financial support to the programs and services of the Human Resources Center, Inc. Our goal is to provide sustainable support to the lives of those served through HRC so that they may live full, meaningful lives. The Foundation also strives to continually enrich and enhance the mission and vision of HRC through its grant-funded initiatives.

Requests can be made to support existing HRC programs and services, fund new program or service endeavors, address unfunded program or service needs, and assist individual HRC consumers in their homes when a health and safety issue arises or a need for adaptive/assistive equipment or technology is identified that might otherwise go unfunded and could ultimately affect an individual’s quality of life.

Each grant request is individually reviewed for consideration. Please note that depending on the nature of the grant request, it may require HRC administrative approval before proceeding to the HRF Board for review. There may be instances when a request does not advance to HRF for consideration or even if it does, it may not be approved for funding through the foundation. The same notation applies to our HRC Staff Grants Innovative Ideas Program.
